Hi my name is Kingsley Schultz, Sarah’s husband and I am proud to be part of the Schultz Realty Team.

I have always had a strong passion for everything Real Estate and along with Sarah over the past 14 years have purchased, renovated and flipped multiple houses.

Prior to Schultz Realty I spent 25 years working in Tier 1 Construction in Senior Management roles and gained a Degree in Construction Management from The Queensland University of Technology.

During my time in the construction industry I was responsible for the Contractual, Financial and Administration delivery of some of the largest construction projects in Queensland, including Suncorp Stadium, The Gabba, Skilled Park, Soul Surfers Paradise and The Jewel Towers.

This experience honed my skills in deal negotiation, contractual management and all aspects of building both residential and commercial. I have now brought this expertise to Schultz Realty and use all these skills to ensure that Schultz Realty Clients achieve the best results possible, and are in professional safe hands when selling their most valuable possession, their home.

I find it highly rewarding to make the process of selling Clients treasured assets easy and I am driven to ensure that every step along the way is as stress free as possible
